1. Be a fool
To be a successful property agent, you need to work really hard, take on responsibilities, prioritise your clients, please your bosses, and sacrifice personal gains like a fool.



2. A humble servant
Your client is your master, he or she is the one who decides if you will meet your monthly targets. Hence, be polite and cheerful towards your client, prioritise his or her needs and make sure he or she is happy with your good services. Most importantly, show respect towards your client.



3. Be a person who thinks critically
In order to please your client and be the best property agent, you need to think critically, think creatively, and think out of the box. Never stop using your mind, it’s always better to overthink than not putting much thoughts into the things you do for the client.
