PR1MA To Launch 13 Affordable Projects In 2nd Quarter

KUALA LUMPUR, June 15 (Bernama) -- Perbadanan PR1MA Malaysia (PR1MA) will offer 13 more affordable housing projects in the second quarter of this year.
In a statement Monday, PR1MA chief executive officer, Datuk Abdul Mutalib Alias, said 9,342 houses will be available through the 13 projects in Kuala Lumpur, Perak, Kedah, Melaka, Johor and Sabah.
The housing projects include PR1MA @ Cyberjaya 1, Selangor, PR1MA @ Tebrau, Johor and PR1MA @ Meru Raya.
" The 13 projects are another step closer for the applicants to realise the dream of owning their homes," he said.
Abdul Mutalib said the prices offered were at least 20 per cent lower than the market prices.
"Earlier this year, we launched seven PR1MA housing projects in Alam Damai in Kuala Lumpur, Bandar Meru Raya in Perak, Bandar Layangkasa dan Tebrau in Johor, Melaka Tengah, Sungai Petani 1 and Kuala Ketil in Kedah," he said.
Registered PR1MA house buyers should submit their applications for their chosen property through PR1MA's website at www.pr1ma.my and those who have not registered can do so at the website.
