Tropicana collaborates with Raffles to enhance its property projects in Johor
Tropicana Corp Bhd is enhancing its signature townships and mixed developments in Johor, namely Tropicana Danga Bay and Tropicana Danga Cove in Iskandar Malaysia, as well as Tropicana Uplands in Gelang Patah, by partnering with reputable brands like Raffles.

The developer recently inked a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with education provider Raffles Iskandar Sdn Bhd.

The collaboration offers buyers of Tropicana Danga Bay, Tropicana Danga Cove, and Tropicana Uplands rebates on school fees if parents opt to enrol their children at a Raffles American school or university.

Raffles American School offers five per cent rebates on one-year school fees for programmes from pre-kindergarten to high school while Raffles University offers seven per cent to 20 per cent rebates on one-year school fees for programmes from foundation to postgraduate levels.

Tropicana managing director of marketing and sales Joanne Lee envisioned the collaborative endeavour with Raffles as a milestone marker in the development of Tropicana townships in the southern region.

"Staying true to our Tropicana mantra, we aim to redefine the art of living by providing wholesome environments for our future generations in all our townships across Malaysia," she said.

Tropicana has partnered with numerous international schools and world-class education providers such as Tenby, GEMS, and St Joseph's Institution, with educational facilities in Tropicana Aman (Kota Kemuning), Tropicana Metropark (Subang Jaya), and Tropicana Indah (Kota Damansara).
