Tropicana successfully hands over keys to new homeowners despite MCO, says its marketing chief
Tropicana Corporation Bhd has delivered vacant possession to over 650 homeowners of Paisley Serviced Residences at Tropicana Metropark and Dalia Residences at Tropicana Aman.

Managing director of marketing and sales, Joanne Lee said the company is delighted to have handed over the keys to homebuyers despite the Movement Control Order (MCO) and CMCO.

Lee said in a statement that there are still limited units available at the newly completed Paisley and Dalia.

Tropicana Metropark is an 88-acre freehold integrated development sited on a bustling and mature neighbourhood in Subang Jaya.

The development is well-connected and easily accessed by a purpose-built bridge, directly linked to the Federal Highway.

Anchored by a lush 9.2-acre urban park, which was specially carved out by Tropicana to add more value and a sense of wholesomeness to the community, Tropicana Metropark has positioned itself as a vibrant pulse in Subang Jaya.

The development also boasts a wide variety of amenities, an upcoming commercial hub known as Shoppes (South) as well as the prestigious, 252,000 sq ft GEMS International School.

The 863-acre Tropicana Aman is situated in the peaceful enclave of Kota Kemuning.

The township is designed as a walking and biking community where one can enjoy the convenience of vibrant commercial hubs within the township, all anchored by 85 acres of Central Park.
