For as low as RM1,250 a month, potential homebuyers can own a luxury home, among prestigious landmarks such as DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel and Central i-City Mall at i-City Golden Triangle, Malaysia No. 1 Technology City.

The RM10 billion i-City in the capital city of Selangor is introducing its latest luxury residential project called BeCentral, strategically located adjacent to DoubleTree by Hilton and the mall.

The 52-storey BeCentral is offering luxury homes in the sky ranging from 632 square feet (sq ft) to 793 sq ft, each selling from RM484,000.

For that price, homebuyers will get to own a unit in BeCentral that is equipped with information technology features such as face recognition for entry to the five-star lobby, artificial intelligent lock-set, and i-City SuperApp.

The i-City SuperApp allows homeowners to engage with the entire i-City community.

In addition to the advanced technology features, BeCentral is developed with a modern lifestyle and security in mind, as well as innovative wellness and multi-layer protection concepts.

Public transport will be a breeze with the confirmed upcoming LRT Line 3 having a stop at i-City.

To ensure that anybody can afford a unit at BeCentral, the developer, I-Berhad has partnered with Maybank Islamic to offer Houzkey, an alternative home financing solution where qualified buyers can enjoy 100 per cent financing on their home purchases.

Under this offering, there is no down payment nor any payment that is required during construction. Further, it offers low monthly payments with the best rates.

i-City director Monica Ong said the scheme enables eligible homeowners to also enjoy benefits under the Home Ownership Campaign 2020/2021 which includes stamp duty exemptions for the Memorandum of Transfer (MoT) and HouzKEY financing agreement, as well as a 10 per cent discount on a primary market property.

Ong said the unique proposition of HouzKEY enables homebuyers to acquire properties with minimal upfront cost as only a three-month refundable payment is required as a security deposit.

Maybank's Real Estate Ventures managing director Sally Lye said the collaboration is a great match for both i-City and Maybank Islamic.

"We believe that HouzKEY product is the perfect solution for first-time homebuyers and upgraders in realising their dreams to own a home now in the current market. Working together, we are widening our reach and opening up opportunities for more Malaysians to own properties without having to worry about the high upfront costs associated with purchasing a property," she said in a statement.
