Sime Darby Property Bhd's 'Spotlight 8 Campaign' will offer home designs optimised for wellness and space in townships with good inter-urban connectivity.

The developer is relaunching the campaign with amazing prices on products that provide potential homeowners with future-ready, new-normal requirements.

The relaunched campaign offers extra weekend showcase deals on top of existing sales packages for highly coveted houses purchased between now and December 31, 2021.

This time, the spotlight is on 11 townships with unparalleled convenience, comfort, and connectivity, such as the City of Elmina, Bandar Bukit Raja, Serenia City, and Subang Jaya City Centre (SJCC) in Selangor; Nilai Impian, Planters' Haven, and Bandar Ainsdale in Negeri Sembilan; and Bandar Universiti Pagoh in Johor.

A new range of units will also be available in KLGCC Resort, KL East, and Melawati in Kuala Lumpur.

Sime Darby Property group managing director Datuk Azmir Merican stated in a statement that the company recognises the fast evolving market as a result of the prolonged pandemic.

Customers will be able to 'Live the New Norm, Now,' according to Azmir, thanks to the campaign's unique items.

Azmir said Sime Darby Property intends to stimulate positive take-up rates through special offers and sales packages, as well as leverage on the ongoing home ownership campaign.

The campaign will kick off with the weekend spotlight on September 4, with great offers on unique products in SJCC and Bandar Universiti Pagoh.
