Mah Sing completes M Adora Towers A and B's structural work
Mah Sing Group Bhd has completed the structure works for M Adora Towers A and B, marking another significant milestone for the company in the second half of this year.
Tan Sri Leong Hoy Kum, the founder and group managing director of Mah Sing, said that both of M Adora's towers are virtually completely sold, with a take-up rate of 96 per cent.
"Our affordable M Series have been receiving good take-up rates due to the attractive price points, practical layouts, facilities, and good locations. Launched during the pandemic in 2020, M Adora has achieved an encouraging 96 per cent good take-up, indicating the high demand for properties in this location," he said.
M Adora has a gross development value of RM378 million and is about 73 per cent completed today. It has 677 apartments spread across two towers.
The entire undertaking is expected to be completed by the second quarter of 2023.
Leong said following today's topping-up ceremony for M Adora in Wangsa Melawati that the company plans to introduce M Astra this year to take advantage of the demand that will result from M Adora.
The M Astra debut is planned for the third quarter of 2022. The project has a prime location next to the established neighbourhood of Setapak, good connectivity, and ready access to services. Leong said.
Mah Sing's group chief executive officer, Datuk Ho Hon Sang said: "Mah Sing has been a homegrown property developer for nearly 30 years and has never abandoned any of its developments. This M Adora topping up ceremony has once again demonstrated that Mah Sing is committed to providing quality products to its customers, and most importantly, we deliver on time."
Ho thinks that the second half of 2022 is the best time for homebuyers to choose their ideal residence because Mah Sing has just recently introduced its house ownership campaign called "H.O.M.E."
Homebuyers can take advantage of appealing benefits from H.O.M.E, including no down payment, no stamp duty, quicker loan approval, and lower monthly payments.
According to Ho, 12 additional real estate development projects in the Klang Valley, Southern, and Northern areas are also participating, including M Adora.
"We are confident that our ongoing and upcoming projects will be well received by homebuyers because investing in properties is still an effective hedge against inflation and demand for affordably priced properties remains high," said Ho.
