TA Global Berhad is offering a new home financing solution called Affin Home Step Fast/i that is available for ALIX Residences in Kiara North, Kuala Lumpur.

The property developer has forged a strategic alliance with Affin Bank Berhad to provide the financing option to potential purchasers.

Potential homeowners can take advantage of the major benefits of Affin Bank's mortgage products, including a loan margin of up to 90 per cent + 5 per cent and a tenure length of up to 30 years or age 70, without a lock-in period or early settlement cost, according to a statement from TA Global.

Qualified borrowers will also benefit from the low monthly repayment for the first five years upon property completion.

According to TA Global chief operating officer Lee Yen Foong, this arrangement would improve the company's overall commitment to giving the communities it serves the greatest products and services.

ALIX Residences is a low-density development nestled within a 4.55-acre freehold land.
