OCR unveils boutique development with ‘socialtainment’ concept

PETALING JAYA: Boutique developer OCR Land Holdings Sdn Bhd has completed the structural works for its YOLO Signature Suites (YOLO), a low-density 40-storey high-rise residential project in Bandar Sunway with a gross development value (GDV) of RM284.9 million.
OCR MD Billy Ong Kah Hoe said YOLO offers a fresh and exquisite “socialtainment” concept that befits the exciting lifestyles of the discerning and forward-focused younger generation.
“This innovative concept is well-supported by the prime location and surrounding amenities, making it an attractive investment choice.
“We are confident that YOLO will be able to derive high rental cover with yields of up to 8%,” he said in a statement today.
The development features 395 units, offering vibrant modern lifestyle elements, including Bandar Sunway’s first Bangkok-themed sky bar by Double O Group, Zus Coffee, convenience store Eco Mart and Taco James’ drive-thru.
“YOLO’s prime location in the heart of Sunway’s education hub is supported by great accessibility, including being just 100m from The One Academy, and close to Taylor’s University, Sunway University, Monash University and INTI International College,” it said.
It also offers convenient access to shopping malls, including Sunway Pyramid, Empire Shopping Gallery, Paradigm Mall and IOI Mall Puchong, being merely 400m away from the Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) and KTM Komuter.
YOLO can be accessed through major highways such as the Federal Highway, Lebuhraya Damansara Puchong and New Pantai Expressway.
The construction is targeted for completion in the second quarter of 2023, added OCR.
