The third phase of S P Setia's Casa Collection in Kajang opens today
KUALA LUMPUR: S P Setia Bhd is launching the third phase of the Casa Collection double-storey linked semi-d homes, called Candella 2, in its Setia Alamsari township development in Kajang today.

With a gross development value of RM40 million, Candella 2 is scheduled for completion by the end of 2025.

Candella 2 is made up of 44 exclusive units, featuring built-up areas ranging from 1,961 to 1,999 sq ft and prices starting at RM 879,000. These lakefront semi-detached homes boast four bedrooms and four bathrooms.

"Candella 2 is our latest Casa collection of freehold lakefront landed homes, which offers residents a luxurious living experience while embracing the beauty of nature within the Moroccan-themed gardens. The collection is thoughtfully designed with a north-south orientation, ensuring that selected units can enjoy an uninterrupted lake view of Serenity Lake Park," said Koh Sooi Meng, divisional general nanager of S P Setia.

"We understand that today's homebuyers prefer flexible living spaces that can be easily customised to their preferences. SP Setia strives to prevail in the current property market by delivering projects that meet market demands.

"The open-plan layout design of Candella 2 offers buyers flexibility in space planning while allowing ample natural light to flow through the interconnected spaces, maximising the square footage of the units," Koh said in a statement.

The distinctive façade and architecture of Candella 2 draw inspiration from the intricate patterns of Moroccan motifs, creating a contemporary design infused with a touch of Arabesque style.

Additionally, Candella 2 is equipped with Setia iHome sustainable and future-ready features, namely 2.25 kWp solar PV panels, a rainwater harvesting system, and an EV slow charging port to promote the use of renewable energy and reduce reliance on traditional resources.

Other sustainable features include a green switch and a smart lock for a smart yet eco-friendly living experience.
