SP Setia launches Nadi 2 at Commerce Square
KUALA LUMPUR: SP Setia Bhd has unveiled its Nadi 2 development at Setia Commerce Square, which is situated at the central business district of the Setia EcoHill 2 township in Semenyih, Selangor.
Nadi 2, which is the second phase of the inspiring Nadi commercial development, comprises 212 shop offices, 12 semi-detached shops, multiple sizes of enterprise lands and petrol station lands.
SP Setia divisional general manager Koh Sooi Meng said Nadi 2 will offer a few product types such as the conventional double-storey terrace shops, with 36 intermediate units comprising built-ups of 3,585 sq ft and with a tentative price of RM1.49 million onwards.
It has eight units of expansive three-storey corner shops comprise built-ups of 8,202 sq ft with a price tag of RM3.28 million onwards.
The development will also feature six limited edition semi-detached shops tailored for diverse business needs with built-ups of 5,422 sq ft, and an estimated price of RM3.58 million onwards.
Surrounded by matured townships such as Eco Majestic, Beranang, Pelangi Semenyih 2, Mahkota Hill and Kesuma Lakes and with more than 100,000 ready catchments from its surrounding townships, Nadi 2 will form part of the Setia Commerce Square commercial precinct with a neighbouring commercial area, making it one of the largest commercial districts in the region.
It is also situated next to the bustling EcoHill Link that serves tens of thousands of vehicles commuting from Semenyih and Beranang daily, Nadi 2 is easily accessible via Lekas Highway and Jalan Semenyih.
Setia EcoHill 2, which is an extension of the Setia EcoHill masterplan in Semenyih, has a total gross development value of RM5 billion.
Upon completion, the township will consist of more than 10,000 residential units with an estimated population of 50,000.
