Last call for serviced residences at Edelweiss @ Tropicana Gardens
TROPICANA Gardens is adding to its prestigious transit-oriented development (TOD) with the Edelweiss project.

Edelweiss @ Tropicana Gardens consists of Serviced Residences, SOFO and Shoppes, slated to be completed by 2025.

This marks a significant checkpoint, as it will be a great opportunity for homebuyers and property investors to secure a unit within the award-winning mixed-use development of Tropicana Gardens.

PROMISING TRACK RECORD

Since its inception, Tropicana Gardens has seen tremendous success. Tropicana Gardens launched its first residential tower Arnica in 2012, which sold out in just two days.

Bayberry, Cyperus and Dianthus Serviced Residences were unveiled in 2013, 2014 and 2016, with all three residential projects achieving a 100 per cent take-up rate.

Tropicana Gardens Mall and Tropicana Office Tower opened their doors in 2020, and the mall currently boasts a take-up rate of 80 per cent.

Tenants include established brands like Village Grocer, H&M, UNIQLO, GSC Cinemas, largest Starbucks Reserve in Malaysia, and the mall is also home to Malaysia's largest live pet emporium, Just Pets Megastore.

The final phase for the integrated development is Edelweiss Serviced Residences, SOFO and Shoppes, with limited units up for grabs.

Edelweiss Serviced Residences, in particular, stands out with various layouts for multi-generational living and investment-friendly dual-key units.

The 52-storey residential project offers 630 units, along with an innovative smart home system that includes a digital door lock, smart sockets and air-conditioner control systems.

Environmentally conscious homebuyers will appreciate that Edelweiss is built to GreenRE standards with a Silver Rating — residents can expect electric vehicle charging, low-e Glass, low-VOC paint, an insulated RC flat roof and other sustainable living features.

For leisure, Edelweiss Service Residences comes equipped with a swimming pool, children's pool, barbecue area, yoga deck, children's playground, gymnasium, leisure lounge and more.

One of the main selling points of Edelweiss is its connectivity. Residents can easily access Tropicana Gardens Mall via a pedestrian bridge, which also links to the Surian MRT Station.

The township is also connected to major highways like Damansara-Puchong Expressway (LDP), Sprint Highway (via Penchala Link), Damansara-Shah Alam Elevated Expressway (DASH) and New Klang Valley Expressway (NKVE).

For property investors and business owners looking to broaden their horizons, Edelweiss Shoppes is a one-of-a-kind commercial component in the mature Tropicana Gardens development.

It offers a fully covered common area, along with air-conditioned units, as well as high visibility from the main road for the majority of the shoppes.

The main draw is its direct connection to the Surian MRT Station and Tropicana Gardens Mall, providing a ready catchment of potential customers.

This is in addition to the in-flow of traffic from the serviced residences and SOFO located atop the shoppes.

Limited to just 38 units, Edelweiss Shoppes will span two floors, with each unit ranging from 250 sq ft to 2,433 sq ft.
