KUALA LUMPUR: Sunway City Iskandar Puteri's (SCIP) first landed property project, Sunway Maple Residence, has successfully sold out Phase 1 at one of Johor's highest price points.
The 6.14-hectare development features 156 double-storey semi-detached terrace homes, priced from RM1.22 million or RM550 per square foot (psf).
All units were fully booked within just two hours of launch, underscoring the strong demand for premium homes in this growing township, according to a statement by Sunway Property.
The property company noted that buyers included both Singaporeans and Malaysians working in Singapore.

SCIP chief executive officer Gerard Soosay attributed the success to offering a well-designed product in a prime location, backed by the trust in the Sunway brand.
"Introducing a double-storey home at one of the highest price points in Johor further highlights the liveability of SCIP's vibrant, integrated township, which seamlessly blends residential, commercial, retail, education, entertainment, and hospitality elements.
"With the upcoming edition of Sunway Medical and Sunway Education, the appeal of this community continues to grow.
"A decade ago, we began building this ecosystem from the ground up, aiming to replicate and even surpass the success of Sunway City Kuala Lumpur," he said.
Looking ahead, SCIP is gearing up for the launch of Phase 2, which will introduce 70 more units.
"We are excited to welcome more families into the Sunway Maple community as we continue to shape SCIP into our vision of Sunway's next generation smart, sustainable city," he added.
