Spanning 2.68 hectares of leasehold land facing Pulau Melaka, Avalton By The Water is a resort-themed development designed to offer luxury living in a scenic setting.

The project comprises 539 residential units distributed across seven blocks, six of which are low-rise and one medium-rise.

It offers two distinct layout types, both featuring three-bedroom configurations, with unit sizes ranging from 760 to 850 sq ft. Prices start at RM508,000.

The development provides easy access to main roads and is only four kilometres from the Melaka Sentral Bus Terminal and 6.3 kilometres from Melaka International Airport.
