Kuala Lumpur, 28 November 2025 — The November Auction Carnival 2025, held at the NCM Co. Auction Hall, concluded with another impressive turnout as buyers, investors, and new auction participants gathered for a full day of competitive bidding. With over 600 properties listed by participating banks and through Owner Auction™, the event reaffirmed its position as one of Malaysia’s largest and most anticipated multi-category auction gatherings.

The carnival recorded close to 300 registered bidders and successfully sold more than 100+ units, with some properties attracting up to 10 active bidders, a strong indication of healthy buyer interest across both residential and commercial segments. Participation from both on-site and online bidders helped maintain a vibrant and highly competitive atmosphere throughout the day.

A standout moment was the intense upbidding for a high end property, which climbed from RM1.053 million to RM1.47 million with seven bidders vying for the lot. Because the final winner could only be confirmed after the auction concluded, the victorious bidder was announced the following day on 27 November 2025 on NCM Co.’s official Facebook page, where it was also revealed that the same winning bidder received a prize of 999.9 fine gold.

Visitors enjoyed a rich lineup of activities and interactive booths, including 10 financial services booth, lifestyle vendors, a fresh plants & vegetables corner, and complimentary food and beverages.

Adding to the lively ambience, busker singer Maria Effendi serenaded attendees with live acoustic performances. The games segment drew enthusiastic participation, with winners taking home attractive prizes while other participants received thoughtful consolation gifts, keeping the energy high and the crowd engaged throughout the day.

New and first-time auction participants also received support from on-site client advisors, who offered guidance on how auctions work and shared information on upcoming listings. Property owners and investors exploring alternative selling methods visited the Owner Auction™ Booth, where the team provided free market value assessments and advice on listing properties directly through the Owner Auction™ platform. Meanwhile, the Lapan Art Auction Booth offered visitors the opportunity to browse art listings, explore collaboration opportunities, and inquire about exhibiting artworks at the Lapan gallery.

In line with the rainy season, NCM Co. & Owner Auction™ introduced its new Share-an-Umbrella Program, a CSR initiative that allows visitors and surrounding community members to borrow umbrellas for convenience, reinforcing the company’s ongoing commitment to thoughtful neighbourhood support, promote sharing culture, kindness and a little environmental responsibility together.

The momentum continued the following day with the Lapan Art Auction, held on 27 November at 12:30 pm, underscoring sustained interest from art collectors and enthusiasts. Unsold lots are now open for offer, and viewing is available at the NCM Co Auction Hall, which welcomes visitors Monday through Friday.
