Tropicana launches its final villa series in Tropicana Aman

Tropicana Corporation Berhad has launched Hana Residences, its final villa series in the 863-acre Tropicana Aman township in Kota Kemuning.
With a gross development value (GDV) of RM403 million, Hana Residences offers 130 units of two- and three-story bungalows, as well as two-story semi-detached residences, on 28 acres.
The homes' built-up areas range from 4,004 square feet to 9,052 square feet, providing roomy rooms for flexible, multigenerational living.
The construction is anticipated to be finished in the third quarter of 2025.
Tropicana's deputy chief executive officer Joanne Lee said: "As Tropicana Aman's final landed residential offering, we sought to differentiate Hana Residences by sitting it on the elevated ground as a private enclave overlooking the surrounding township."
Through Tropicana's T.Living programme, home customisation options are also offered for the development.
Potential owners have the option of personalising their homes with either the "Bella" theme from T.Living, which features a darker colour scheme and smart, sophisticated aesthetics, or the "Charisma" theme, which features brighter colours and a cosier atmosphere.
Buyers can further customise their homes to meet their needs for cooling, security, smart homes, and sustainability, respectively, with T.Living's protection, smart, comfort, and eco packages.
