Work on your interests and gain as much experience as possible within the first 3 years of your career. Don’t be a job-hopper who is constantly unhappy with work yet does nothing to change it.
2. Learn more
Many young professionals are ambitious, yet done nothing to increase their skills and abilities. Read more books related to your career and attend more seminars to increase your network and resources.
3. Be an empty glass
Be open minded, and be thirsty for knowledge.
4. Obey rules
There are people who feel that the workplace is restrictive and full of injustice. However, if you want to climb up the corporate ladder, there’s only 2 options for you. Succumb or end up jobless.
5. Always be prepared
As the saying goes, chance favors only the prepared mind. When it is time to rest, pamper yourself and have a good time. When it’s time to up your game, work on your knowledge and skills, including communication skills, interpersonal skills and management ability.
