The sale process includes viewing and choosing of the right property with client, agreements, payments, handling loans and property rights and delivering it to the client.

Every property agent is bound to feel stressful, especially when one is unable to secure any clients. During these difficult times, having a good attitude is crucial.
Challenge 4: Be professional
A good property agent has to be highly knowledgeable and professional. Having deep knowledge in what one does help to increases efficiency and accuracy in work.
Challenge 5: Temptation
A property agent will always face temptation because one deals with money all the time. Some property agents damage the image of the industry and themselves when they are overly greedy to gain profits. Therefore, each property agent should act professionally and with integrity.
