Tropicana offers big savings for completed properties
Tropicana Corp Bhd is offering up to 50 per cent rebates for its completed residential and commercial properties in Klang Valley, Penang, Johor, and Kota Kinabalu.

It is also offering potential buyers additional incentives like zero down payment, 100 per cent financing with Maybank Islamic's HouzKEY programme, and free maintenance of up to 10 years.

These incentives come under its Tropicana FreeDOM campaign which is specially curated for completed properties across Malaysia and offers big savings on move-in-ready units.

The participating projects include Paisley serviced residences at Tropicana Metropark, Subang Jaya; Dalia Residences at Tropicana Aman, Kota Kemuning; Bayan linked villas, Cheria semi-ds, Aman 1 serviced apartments, and Triana shop offices at Tropicana Aman, Kota Kemuning; Lakefield linked villas at Tropicana Heights, Kajang; Tropicana Residences in Kuala Lumpur; and, Oasis 2 & 3 shop offices at Tropicana Danga Cove, Johor.

Tropicana said in a statement that the campaign allows property buyers to enjoy enhanced returns and take advantage of the government's Home Ownership Campaign for greater savings.

"The Tropicana FreeDOM campaign offers huge savings for our completed commercial and residential developments. Only limited units are available as most of our completed developments were fully taken up," said its group managing director Dion Tan.

On another note, Tan said that it's Tropicana 100 campaign had recorded RM712 million sales.

He said that the campaign outperformed despite market challenges.

Tropicana 100 campaign offered buyers full returns on booking fees, 100 per cent interest-free flexibility, 100 per cent legal fees borne, 100 per cent furnishing, 100 per cent financing, and 100 per cent additional referral rewards.

Tan said it was important the company reacted to the current market condition with the right customer-centric campaign.

He said this campaign offered an easy avenue for purchasers to own Tropicana properties.

"Following this success, we will continue to roll out the right product mix and easy property ownership solutions for our purchasers," he said.
