Gamuda Land urges homebuyers to act quickly because the HOC expires this month
Gamuda Land, the property development arm of Gamuda Bhd encourages homebuyers to take advantage of its Booster Home 2.0 campaign and the Home Ownership Campaign (HOC) before they come to an end on December 31, 2021.
Booster Home 2.0 was launched recently, as a result of pent-up residential demand and investor interest.
The campaign provides financial assistance and incentives to assist Malaysians in finding their dream home, from property purchase to vacant possession and beyond.
According to Gamuda Land, it provides home buyers with a flexible suite of purchasing packages that they can customise based on their financial situation.
To sweeten the deal, the developer has teamed up with interior design (ID) and renovation platform Atap.co, which will allow Booster Home 2.0 to leverage the platform's established network of ID firms and professionals in Peninsular Malaysia and Sabah.
"Through the partnership, Booster Home 2.0 participants can enjoy up to RM30,000 in home furnishing and moving-in vouchers, which they can redeem for exclusive ID services from 16 vendors across Klang Valley, Johor, and Sabah, as well as home appliance purchases from brands such as Samsung, Signature Kitchen, and Akemi," Gamuda Land said in a statement.
In addition, buyers of participating projects by Gamuda Land will receive free legal fees and complimentary maintenance fees for up to two years, as well as a memorandum of transfer fee waiver under HOC.
Participating projects include Gamuda Cove, Gamuda Gardens, twentyfive.7, Jade Hills, HighPark Suites, The Robertson and Kundang Estates in Klang Valley, Horizon Hills in Johor, and Bukit Bantayan Residences in Sabah.
