KUALA LUMPUR: The ringgit slumped again this morning and crossed the RM4.00 mark versus the US dollar. At 12.35pm it was trading at 4.0275. It opened at 3.9620 from yesterday’s close at 3.9735. The weakness rally continued and market analysts said China’s decision to devalue the yuan for the second day would continue to pressure the ringgit and other regional currencies.
