Tropicana launches a new marketing initiative to encourage buyers to buy its properties
Tropicana Corp Bhd has launched a new campaign dubbed Journey of a Lifetime to persuade potential homeowners to acquire its selection of properties at Tropicana Aman, Tropicana Cenang, Tropicana Gardens, Tropicana Grandhill, and Tropicana Metropark.

Property buyers will have the opportunity to win two first-class tickets to well-known European locations.

Depending on the property acquired, this programme also provides incentives including a free memorandum of transfer (MOT) stamp duty, three days and two nights in Langkawi, and full IKEA furniture packages worth up to RM30,000.

"We at Tropicana understand that buying a property is a big life decision, and we want to be by your side every step of the way throughout your property ownership journey," said the company's deputy chief executive officer Joanne Lee.

According to her, the company has carefully chosen the campaign items to appeal to a variety of property seekers, including first-time buyers, business owners, upgraders, and investors.

The campaign ends on Dec 31, 2022.
